- Email address: We require an email from the address registered with us at customercare@stonexbullion.com with the new email address.
- Billing address: Please send us an email to customercare@stonexbullion.com with the following information: The new billing address (complete and correct) & an official document as proof of address, e.g.:
- Registration confirmation
- Bank letter
- Electricity or telephone bill
- Delivery address: This can be re-entered for each new order.
