Do you require signature on delivery?

Yes. For security and insurance reasons, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. 

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or leave parcels without securing a signature. 

If no one is available, the carrier will typically attempt redelivery and is not allowed to drop it at an postal access point.
